🛒 Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs (680 g) boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 ½ tbsp Cabin Fever spice blend
 - Juice of 1 orange
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - 2 tsp honey
 - Salt to taste

For the tacos
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
 - 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
 - ½ cup diced pineapple (optional, for tropical twist)
 - ½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta
 - Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

👩🍳 Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Cabin Fever spice blend, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate at least 20 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
 - Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked (165°F / 74°C internal temperature). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
 - Assemble Tacos
Warm tortillas, then fill with sliced chicken, lettuce/cabbage, pineapple (if using), cheese, and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime over top.
 - Serve & Enjoy
Pair with a citrusy salsa or avocado crema to balance the smoky, tangy heat.
